We all eat them, through them, by them,
for them.
And It’s Okay.
But sometimes, it just doesn’t fit.
It’s just isn’t right.
Because we’re not going for meal plans.
I’m not going to lay down arcane mysteries or ancient/novel secrets that are withhold from you and I.
What we are going to do, is to find ways for you to reconnect with your self, your body and your relationship with food.
A mixture of ACT, and other methods,
a dash of scientific, evidence based diet counseling,
Mindfulness activities,
And a weekly session on zoom only, no doubt.
